Ostara

Ostara is a tricky one in my opinion. I know that the festivals are a build up and a high point and a reflection, but Ostara is close to Easter (duhhh!) and to celebrate for a fortnight, although lovely, seems excessive.

Regardless I have put up Easter decorations early and I celebrated Ostara quietly - being thankful and looking forwards. It has been tinged with sorrow for the loss of my Sister-in-law whose funeral we will attend later this week.
